We do not advertise or perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, gas, structural, load-bearing or other licensed trade work through Home Services. Projects requiring a permit or licensed contractor will not be scheduled under this service.

Can I request an estimate by sending photos?

Do you provide licensed trade work?
No. Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, gas, structural and other licensed trade work are not included.
Can you repair water-damaged drywall?
Cosmetic drywall repair may be evaluated only after the moisture source has been corrected and the area is safe and dry. Mold remediation and leak repair are not offered.
Do garage floor estimates include structural concrete repair?
No. Significant cracking, movement, moisture issues or structural damage may require an appropriate specialist before a coating project can be considered.
